Hi there!
My name is Dom Sanfilippo, I am looking forward to meeting and working with you. First, I’d like to share a little bit of my background. I grew up in Erie with two self employed parents, both local, small, business owners. I watched them work incredibly hard, all well positively impacting the community and I knew I wanted to do the same. I grew up working construction, my dad owns his own custom home building company. When I was 18 years old, a senior in high school, I bought my first investment property. I took a shot at something new. I made mistakes and I loved it; it was a smart business move but what was even better, I was able to provide homes for 2 Erie families, at 18 years old!! After I graduated, I continued to work construction while taking courses for my real estate license. I passed my test and joined the best team in Erie, Agresti Real Estate. What can I say, I have a soft spot in my heart for locally owned businesses. Now that I am a licensed real estate agent, I am able to help even more families in the Erie community. Aside from being an agent, I work to help manage the new homes Sanfilippo Building Services builds. I grew up working on the job site and being able to now help manage the construction of these luxury homes in Erie is truly special. I have many future goals and in order to achieve them I aim to always grow my network. I co-host Unlocked Podcast where we sit down with local investors to hear their stories and help the community grow. I started a youtube channel, showing Erie real estate and construction all while featuring as many local businesses as I can to continue to help each other grow. Again, I was born in Erie, I love this city and the community. I have the highest of hopes that it will continue to grow.
